Weekend Inspiration ~ The Importance of Affection

A 16

The gritty reality of the current state of the world, and some of our own lives,  can have us feeling down, overwhelmed, and tired. When we feel this way, we tend to turn inward, and find it difficult to reach out to each other with Love, Patience, or Affection. Yet, it is these things that would help us feel better…that would put that spark back into a grey day. More than ever…we need to share Love and Affection with each other…to bolster our flagging energy. Sharing Love and Affection creates a current of electric energy that passes from one to the other, and if we share this with as many as possible in a day, then we have contributed to the movement of energy that will heal this mess.

Our True Nature is one of Love and Compassion. We must not allow this rampant negative energy tell us any different or force us to be who we are not. Let us dip into the never-ending flow of Love that springs from our bottomless well, for it is there. And this weekend, and every day…show Affection for ourselves, our loved ones, and those who are without Love in their lives.

Blessings!

  1. LOVE this, Mar. Thank you SO much! Something I have been doing lately is doing small things knowing how much that will touch my husband’s heart. From there a hug. A thank you. A deep look saying your are welcome. Sharing. A smile. Yes, this world does need a (((HUG))) and that is why I leave so many on so many blogs. Have a wonderful weekend!!! LOve, Amy
