A Gentle Friday Message

[UPDATE!] In view of what I just now see is happening in Boston, it is more important than ever to channel our energy toward calm…and to stay as centered and balanced as possible. It is difficult not to be angry and upset…but there is enough of that energy out there. Try not to add to that energy…instead…draw on the well of Love, Light and Calm energy that we all have deep within our core and send that out there to blanket Boston and all of us. We will make it through this!! I send so much Love & Light to All of you!

It has been a long tough week. There has been so much happening and we all may be feeling tense, raw and tired. So…while we are all doing what we can to help the energy, support those who are in need, send out our stream of Light to combat the dark forces…all while taking care of our families, loved ones and ourselves…I wanted to end the week on this blog with A Gentle Message. We need it. We need to take a breath, and a moment of Gentle Kindness for ourselves and those around us. Here are a few images and quotes to help us do just that:

Be Gentle 1

Be Gentle 3

Be Gentle 2

Be Gentle 5

Be Gentle 4

Going into the weekend, remember that you are a Magnificent Being and just by taking care of yourself and Shining Your Light, you make the world a better place. It is hard when many suffer…but do something gentle for yourself this weekend so you can continue to be there for others…and so that your Light will be replenished, ready to shine more brilliantly…because the world needs it now more than ever.

Blessings and Love To You All!!

      • I know. Mommy had the news on this morning and we were watching before she went to the worky place. It was so terribly sad! I saw wet stuff coming down mom’s face. What is going on in this troubled world? XOXO – Bacon

  1. This is a great reminder right now. I am so angry about what’s happening in Boston! And scared! So, it’s good to read this. My prayers are with Boston.

  2. Nice Mar, thank you. A little late for the discussion, as usual. I heard the news later in the day. Poor everybody, and hope there is more or new distraction and pain.
