from the Desk of MarDrag:
Wednesday’s are usually mid-week humor day, but in light of the severe storm in the east that touched and affected so many of us, I wanted to pay homage to those brave people who withstood the storm, are helping their neighbors, and beginning the long and tireless effort of rebuilding.
Facing adversity, in its most violent hour, takes courage. To have courage is to face ones fear head on and not waiver in the knowledge that the deep and unchecked strength we all have within will surface and aid us. We all have a deep well of courage and strength that we are not always aware of….until we are faced with an event that causes the need to dig deeper than we thought we ever could…and when we do, that pool of daring, power and vigor rises up to meet us and says, “I was always here for you, and now I will help you get through this”!
That comes from within….but we also must not forget that, we all have Guardian Angels that watch over us, and when they are needed, all we must do is call on them, and they will lend their helping hand as well. So, from within and from above, we can draw on the reserves of what we need to push through the coming difficulties of rebuilding and reshaping lives. And know that a new life will be born out of that reshaping, and that can be good as well.
For those of us not directly affected by the storm, we can still connect to our reserves within and above to send love, energy and hope to those affected so that they will know they will NEVER run out of what they need to get them through.
So have courage, push on….and try to remember that, out of adversity it is still possible to find or create something worthwhile and beautiful.
We are pushing for you, and we will lend our courage should you need it!
With Love and Blessings!
And, of course, one more message:
